Creative Voyage Guatemala

A 6-day all inclusive  retreat to awaken your artistic spirit amidst the natural beauty, herbs, food, and culture of the Mayan and Guatemalan people.
• Lake Atitlan, Guatemala • Monday, March 11 to Saturday, March 16 •

Join us on our Creative Voyage through the gorgeous landscape of Lake Atitlan. Immerse yourself in a soul-churning, eco and conscious tourism experience. Imagine the "intentional, eco-chic, culturally inclusive, art and herbalism focused" version of your early 20's backpacking trip (that you did or didn't take). Explore the charming towns and villages encircling Lake Atitlan as we embark on a transformative journey to unearth, reignite, and embrace the artist within. Delve into the realm of herbal Mayan medicines and savor the rich flavors of authentic Guatemalan cuisine.

The Creative Voyage is crafted to be the most ecologically and culturally supportive experience possible. As two Latinas hosting this retreat, Chantelle & Coco are passionate about ensuring that 90%-100% of our teachers, guides, hosts, chefs, and vendors we introduce the group to are of Mayan or Guatemalan decent.

Let’s cruise in our private boat across the lake! Let's learn from Mayan Elders!

Let's wake and be guided through a vinyasa flow by our on-site yoga teacher.

We'll participate in Mayan + Guatemalan fire ritual, make mayan herbal medicines and experience fresh cacao. Let's learn to weave with Guatemalan weavers. We'll have space everyday to circle and talk about our spiritual and emotional growth along the way.

What to expect

Imagine the warm sun and cool breeze on your skin as we ride together in our private boat across the lake to visit a cacao farm, explore different villages on a full day mayan medicine tour, and take classes with the local guatemalan weavers.

We will reside directly on the healing waters of Lake Atitlan. As the sole occupants of the “Coffee and Art Hotel”, we will receive full 24/7 private access to all spaces within the establishment including the garden, the dock, the restaurant etc. We will dine twice a day with authentic Guatemalan meals prepared by our private chef.

Come as you are, ready for adventure and beauty. We will make sure we are feeling well as individuals and a group as our private yoga teacher guides us in vinyasa flow daily.
